To borrow a friend's expression "I'm fark all pissed" over this.
Now, y'all know how much I love rugby! And nothing gets me riled up like rugby. I dunno what it is but you will only see my fiery side at a rugby game or when I'm talking about rugby.
There are so many things about this "loss" that irks me. I mean let's be honest, there is no doubt that Samoans have the natural flair and talent to be top-notch rugby players. Look at the bloody All Blacks - of the 32 in the 2008 squad, 10 are Samoan and not to mention the 4 other islanders in there. Then you have the hundreds of Samoans (NZ or Samoa raised) who are vital parts of the European rugby scene. And the hundreds more playing in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
So why is it, that in 2008, a "Test" match against the All Blacks is producing ridiculous scorelines that look more like a cricket match than a rugby match? Why are we not seeing the fruits of the IRB's supposed programme of rugby development in the islands? Why do we have to put up with such pathetic attempts at giving the minnows a chance to better themselves by humiliating them with such games? This is injustice!!!!! ARGH!
I bloody hope I see the day we can put up a fight and even beat them, because at the moment, it looks bleak and useless!

LOL... no they need me to whip people about to do their jobs... I havent even started on our own rugby union! tsk tsk tsk...
I have so much to say about this...but I think I need to step back, breathe a little and regroup my thoughts so they don't come out in a mangled incoherent mess. I also need the anger to subside some!!
