Yes We Can!

I woke up at 5am to find that Obama was close to being the winner. It's now 6.19am, and Obama, wait... President-Elect Obama just gave an inspiring and unifying speech which blew me away. It wasn't about him. It wasn't about his win. It was about the people.

I never thought I'd see the day. Never.

...but I am thankful to have seen it. And genuinely and sincerely hope that his Presidency makes progress for the US and the world. Because let's face it, the US policies affect everyone in the world. That's how powerful she is!

Here's to change and hope...because, yes we can!
