...and need to get back on it. Fast!
It's amazing how not exercising regularly for a couple of weeks and not eating healthy foods regularly can really affect one's self. I woke up this morning feeling groggy and a little under the weather (although, it doesnt help that the weather went from nice to crappy overnight) and I reckon it's because I've not been very careful with my health these last couple of weeks!
*sighs* Such a hassle sometimes!
Oh and I will also restart my gratitude journal, so here goes:
I am thankful for:
1. The view of a lake of low-lying white clouds being enclosed by rugged mountains.. it was so surreal!
2. Liberating weekends! :P
3. Talking to my Bournemouth kids!
4. Booking my ticket to see my sister in Brisbane!
5. Laughing... =D=D=D
