Accumulate at least 10 minutes of extra walking today
I had so many meetings and deadlines today that I more or less ran around all day, so definitely DONE!
Exercise Challenge:
Do 30-45 minutes (altogether or split throughout the day) of steady-state, medium-intensity cardio.
Did the 35 Minute Cardio Endurance workout. Sweated my butt off here!
Flexibility Challenges:
At least 5 Minutes of Stretching after cardio

Nutritional Challenge:
If you eat out, go online and find a nearby restaurant that has their menu and nutritional information listed. Choose a healthy meal before you leave the house
Urgh. I totally failed this one - didn't choose a healthy meal as I went to McDonald's with a friend (only restaurant around and she was hungry!) I ended up ordering large fries only... the consolation being I didn't order a full on menu but eh! can do better!
