Day One...

...Preparing for Your Challenge

A'ight so this is how we'll do it. I'll report a day later about the different exercises I was tasked to do. So this is for yesterday - my day one. And the cool thing is, everyday I get a checklist of each day's tasks and here is mine for the day.

Did you:
Put away the scale?
That bloody liar? Yep, taken care of and thrown out the window...:P

Get rid of all diet/weight loss paraphernalia?
Not like I had any. I'm too lazy for that stuff.

Purchase or create a workout/food journal?
Yep, thank you Google Documents! I now have an all-in-one workout, food and sleep journal!!

Gather all the tools you'll need for this challenge?
Willpower, check. Inspiration, check. Determination, check. Sprinkled with a little bit of insanity - CHECK!

Plan your strength activities (If different from the challenge)?
All I'm planning right now is how to mentally do this. This is what's going through my head actually:



...but of course, a WAAAAAAAY prettier version! LOL

Plan your cardio activities (if different from the challenge)?
See above... Lawd help me!!

Do you feel you're ready for the 30-day challenge?
*BIG HUMONGOUS sigh*... Yep. And as my darling The Rock used to say

"BRING IT!!!!!"
