Day Seven...

...was so lazy but managed to do a good half ass job of the challenge

Lazy, cold and totally adorable - that was me! :P

Active Challenge:
While watching TV, get up during every commercial break and exercise, stretch or walk around.
I don't have a TV (shock! horror!) but I helped out at an 8 year old's birthday party so I think I did enough running around for the day!

Exercise Challenge:
Perform 1-3 sets of 12-16 reps of the following exercises:

* Chest Fly
* Dumbbell Row
* Overhead Press
* Hammer Curls
* Kickbacks
Did the bare minimum i.e. UNO set!

Flexibility Challenge:
At least three times today, perform the stretches shown in the Seated Stretch workout.
Yep...albeit VERY lazily!

Nutritional Challenge:
Try at least one fruit or vegetable you've never tried before.
Didn't get a chance to try a new fruit/veggie but I got my 5 servings of fruit/veggie in!

Mind/Body Challenge:
Before you go to bed, take five minutes and write down at least 5 things you accomplished today and at least 5 things you'd like to accomplish tomorrow.
Yep, I wrote down all 500 things I'd like to do tomorrow... lol

Record your workouts and meals in your journal
Yep!!

If you haven't completed some of the things on this checklist, make a note of what you still need to do and when you'll do it:
I did all of them, but hopefully will focus a bit more and not be a complete slob at doing my exercises tomorrow!

Write down what you found the most challenging and why:
Just doing the effort to get it done was a challenge!
