I decided out of the blue (at exactly 10pm) to bake an apple crumble pie and voila! I present you my first ever baking attempt ... erm.. this year. *thinks* Actually, I cannot remember the last time I baked. Hmmm... it must've been three years ago when we were still at Bossey! Oops...
Oh well. Let me just say that it is delicious!!!! It's just the right texture, moist and goes perfectly with ice cream and/or whipped cream.
I think my next baking exercise (whenever THAT will be!) is going to be a simple chocolate cake! :)
A'ight...it's nearly 1am and I gotta get to work by 8am... time for me to crumble crumble!
