Day Two...

...and now the fun begins!!!!



Oh before I begin, big thanks to Jandal, Goddess and kuaback for the encouragement (just saw your comments! lol). And I TOTALLY agree - I'm in over my head because not only am I going home but I got 10 days to finish 30 days of work! Gooooooooooooood laaaaaaaack indeed!! And I ALSO totally (like TOTALLY) agree - I'm a hot chica BUT I'm a hot and super unfit chica and I wanna change that!

So anyhoo... keep up with the support my adoring fans....cos I damn well need it!! *sighs*

Oh so day 2 is done twice!

Active Challenge:
Accumulate at least 15 minutes of walking up stairs or hill
I had to find an alternative for this one, because I can't walk up stairs (no good for my knees! urgh i sound like an old woman!!!) and it was raining and cold outside (BLECH!!). Instead I did 15 mins of uphill cycling on my exercise bike

Exercise Challenge:
Complete at least 30 minutes of Cardio Exercise
Yep, done. 30 mins of flat cycling on exercise bike!!

Flexibility Challenges:
At least 5 Minutes of Stretching after cardio
I did 10 mins cos oka, my hamstrings needed that stretch and 5 pesto the second time around

Complete the Seated Stretching Routine
This one was a killer. Damn these Samoan thighs, I could barely get my hands around my ankles!

Nutritional Challenge:
Eat vegetables with every meal
Oh yep! done and done and done! Although I had a bit too much of carrot cake today - it still counts as eating veggies though! haha

Mind/Body Challenge:
One-Minute Meditation
One two three four FIVE minutes of meditation - how bout that?

Record your workouts and meals in your journal
Finito

The 15 mins active challenge was a killer... oh and those stretching exercises!

PS. Oh just to clarify but I had veggies in all my meals PLUS the carrot cake! LOL. Just saying...:P
