Day Three...

...let me tell you something! I'm feeling great about this challenge... though, I keep telling myself the BIG kahuna of a challenge is when I get on that plane on the 16th of December.

Active Challenge:
Park in the furthest parking space from the door
Yep, totally did that. Took my footmobile through the longest route from my home to work - 20 mins at full speed!

Exercise Challenge:
Spend at least 5-10 Minutes doing the following exercises:

* Crunches
* Reverse Crunches
* Oblique Crunches
* Modified Plank
* Dead Bug
* Back Extensions

Urgh! I started off my day with this, and cursed whoever created these torturous exercises the whole time...but DONE!

Flexibility Challenges:
Do at least 5 (or more) reps of the following yoga exercises anytime throughout the day:

* Cat Stretch
* Forward Fold
* Bridge
* Downward Dog to Upward Dog

Yep! eat that exercise gods And I liked them

Nutritional Challenge:
Eat one meal or snack with no distractions - no TV, reading, driving, conversation, etc.
This is the best one yet as I went further than that (plus, I'm either on the phone, on the computer or reading when I'm eating... can't help it!) but I had a completely vegetarian day today! No chocolates. No sweets. No crap. Nothing but fruits and vegetables and rice! *pats self on back* The next vegetarian day - December 8, 2011. Fank id fo da guestion!

Mind/Body Challenge:
Set a worry appointment
This is kinda lame and since I spent my whole day "worrying" I got it done because yeah, it was an all day appointment!

Record your workouts and meals in your journal
And today, I recorded everything with PRIDE!

If you did complete all the assignments, write down what you found the most challenging and why:

Those @#$%! ab exercises. Nuff said.

And by the way, I hope ya'll will keep me company during this challenge. I'll need your cheerleading antics on here (Yay for Brittany and Santana!!!) more than ever!!!

:)
